Request removal of your personal data from Ping by SEAES. Deletions are processed immediately and confirmed with a tracking code.
If you are a Ping customer, the fastest way is to open Ping → Dashboard → Ads → Setup and click Disconnect. This immediately wipes your encrypted Meta token. To also delete your contacts and messages, cancel your subscription from the Settings page — your data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.
If you revoke Ping from your Facebook Business Integrations settings, Meta automatically notifies us via a signed callback and we delete your data across all tenants on our servers. No action required on your end.
If you are not a Ping customer but your phone number or email appears in our database because a Ping customer uploaded your contact, you can submit a deletion request directly below. We will delete every row matching your phone number or email across all tenants.
Automated deletions (Facebook revoke, in-app disconnect, manual form above) complete within 60 seconds. Manual email requests are completed within 30 days per DPDP Act / GDPR requirements.
